  • Strength & conditioning and sport/event specific preparation: Increasing human performance with specific sports and athletic goals in mind. Helping you become faster, stronger and more flexible to increase your ability to perform optimally in your sport or event.
  • Olympic lifting: For those wishing to learn Olympic lifting  or to use Olympic lifts to improve their athletic endeavours.  A great way to lose body fat and gain strength and explosive power. It is key that this is learnt from a qualified instructor to ensure safe and effective use and prevent injury. 
  • Kettlebell training: Using qualified instructors and correct kettlebell movement patterns to enhance body recomposition and performance.  Using ballistic exercises that combine cardiovascular, strength, flexibility training this is excellent for fatloss and strength and is a fun way to get results.
  • Applied strongman training: Using strongman training techniques to optimise fatloss, metabolic conditioning and strength in an innovative and fun way.

  • Bodybuilding/physique enhancement: This training system is designed to take your physique to the next level: Its sole purpose being to add large amounts of lean muscle mass. This is done by utilising a scientific approach to hypertrophy and nutrition, tailored to meet the requirements of each individual client’s personal needs. Proven to deliver outstanding results.
  • Body sculpting: this is a training system that will increase lean muscle, giving a toned, sleek physique great for anybody wanting the beach body look and over all body confidence.
  • JPFS metabolic training systems: an advance fatloss programme using metabolic conditioning. Proven to help clients to drop unwanted body fat in a quick and safe way.
  • Kickboxing and boxing coaching: Coaching from a very experienced and qualified professional. Aimed at those wanting to learn the skills inherent in these disciplines as well as improve fitness, confidence and strength.

  • Consultations: Offered free to all of those considering accessing the services offered by JPFS. (Preferably carried out in person.)
  • Online Coaching/Programmes for purchase/Advice and guidance: Those unable to commit to one on one sessions but wanting the results that come from personal training can gain personalised programmes and guidance via online support, video sharing and advice.
  • Physiotherapy: Offered by our in house physiotherapist with years of training, practice and development. It is recommended that Personal trainers and physiotherapists work closely together to ensure the safe training and rehabilitation of those with injuries or specific requirements.
