A nutritionist and expert in body transformation, He has over 12 years experience as a fat loss specialist and physique enhancement expert Whether your goal is muscle gain, optimal fat-loss or athletic performance the training techniques at JPFS will allow you achieve the most optimal results. His philosophies have been devised over many years of research and in the trenches experience there for guaranteeing you the best training the industry can offer.
Andy Wardle: Personal Trainer
Andy has been dedicated to sport and fitness for years. His passion originated from cycling competitively and developed into fitness training and weight lifting. Eager to progress, Andy started learning new techniques and principles and has now transformed this from a hobby into a career. Through applying his positive attitude to his work, he has been developing his personal training skills for the past six years. Fully qualified, Andy has been working as part of the team at James Payne Fitness Systems for the past 2 years. Andy is a very capable, confident and well educated trainer, ready to help people from all backgrounds to achieve their fitness and health goals in an enjoyable environment.
Scott Harris: Kick boxing and boxing coach
Scott has 16 years’ experience training and competing in kickboxing at a National level followed by eight years teaching. Working with all levels from complete beginners to tournament competitors Scott currently teaches over 100 men, women and children. With a track record of high performance coaching, his students achieved eight gold, five silver and five bronze medals at the last Wutan tournament.
Scott also specialises in Boxing training, self-defence, Kung Fu and Tai Chi which all compliment general sports performance and provide people with fun and innovative methods of training and exercise. Scott is a very accomplished coach who can tailor programmes and sessions to meet the individual needs of each and every person, whatever their aims or abilities.
Stuart Galise: Physiotherapy
Stuart trained at King’s College London and graduated in 1999, he worked within the NHS for five years before moving in to private practice. He is currently Clinical Lead for a GP consortium in Bristol providing local Physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Osteopathy services and is a lecturer on a Post Graduate Course. Stuart now provides physiotherapy for patients of all ages and enjoys meeting new people with different needs and requirements.
